Certified Health Information Technology Educator

The Pristine Certification Program for Educators is an intense 6 week course that includes classroom sessions, written and verbal tests, and a final exam. Students receive the latest information as it relates to the ever changing Health Information Technology industry. Students are then taught the art of conveying that information with simplicity and compassion to Physicians, Medical, and other Healthcare Professionals.

As a part of the curriculum, students are taught to present a 34-slide PowerPoint Presentation that discusses government incentive programs, industry trends, the many benefits of implementing an EMR Solution, and sales and marketing information. Students are also taught the "ins and outs” of the EMR implementation processes with an emphasis on best practices necessary to ensure a successful implementation. At the end of the 12-week program, students must pass a 100 question written exam as well as an actual Presentation Exam before peers and physicians. They must receive a score of 80% or better in order to receive their certification.

Certified Electronic Medical Record Instructor

To achieve this certification candidate must exhibit expert knowledge in all major areas of the Waiting Room Solutions Certified enterprise EMR application. They must be well versed in Practice Management functions, EMR Notes, Templates, Billing functions, Security, application Setup and Administration.

The program is 7 weeks. Each week consists of numerous lessons and exercises. On Week 6, a 100 question practice Exam is administered in order to prepare candidate for the final. The final Exam consists of a 75 question written Exam and a scenario based actual application Exam.
